Our Managing Director, Lucy (centre), was awarded Director of the Year in the Small and Medium Enterprises category at this year’s Institute of Directors Scotland awards in June. Lucy has been a Director of the company since 2013, and became our Managing Director in August 2022.
As a Director, Lucy has steered Prepress Projects through substantial changes brought on by Brexit and the pandemic. These have included expanding our hybrid working options (around half our employees work at home for some or all of the time), and seeking out and winning new clients. Lucy has also managed a smooth transition to employee ownership.
Lucy says, “This is an award for all the people in Prepress and for their hard work to make it the success it is. The award celebrates its past and points to its successful future.”
